1. Booking and Payment

By booking a trip with TrailVenture, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our booking process includes:

• Full payment or deposit required to secure your spot
• Remaining balance due 30 days before the trip
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices may be subject to change without notice

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 90+ days before trip: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 60-89 days before trip: 75% refund
• 30-59 days before trip: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]

3. Safety and Health

Your safety is our top priority. By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate medical information
• Follow guide instructions at all times
• Wear appropriate safety gear
• Inform guides of any health concerns

4. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you are responsible for:

• Bringing appropriate clothing and equipment
• Maintaining fitness levels required for the trip
• Following all safety guidelines
• Respecting other participants and guides

5. Liability and Insurance

TrailVenture provides basic insurance coverage for all participants. However, we recommend:

• Obtaining personal travel insurance
• Understanding inherent risks of outdoor activities
• Being aware of emergency procedures
• Following all safety protocols

6. Changes to Terms

TrailVenture reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify participants of any significant changes via email or our website.
